This is a true story

In 2016th, my weight reached 108.3 kg.
Diets from the internet were not helpful for me.
After exploring a lot of materials, I did a lot of experiments.  I realized that all diets have their serious disadvantages. 
At the beginning of 2016th, I created the “60 WAIST” Methodology, using my knowledge.

On the 12th of August 2016th, I decided to experiment on myself and applied the “60 WAIST” Methodology.
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to reduce weight – I didn’t feel hungry or stressed.
Every morning I was happy with the numbers on the scale.
I felt lightness in gait for the first time after two weeks, when the weight decreased,almost by 3 kg!
That was the moment when I realized – everything will work out!                                                                                   

My weight decreased to 92.1kg – I lost 16.2kg in three months,.

I remembered this moment for the rest of my life - I could do it; I’ve achieved my goal!

As you can see from the graph, the weight decreased every day for three months.

It was a pleasure to get on the scale every morning and see that the weight had decreased again.

I felt proud and happy that the “60 WAIST” Methodology was working like a Swiss watch.

Significant violations of the Methodology

  • Weight at the end - 92.8 kg
  • Weight max - 95.6 kg
  • Difference: + 0.6 kg

Experiments show that even with significant violations, after applying the Methodology “60 WAIST” weight is restored.

In 2017 and in 2018, the «60 WAIST» Methodology
received two Patents.
